A 12-Week Group Journey for Earth-Loving Women navigating the challenges of peri/menopause and longing for the strength of the hive and a deeper connection to nature. Through the lens of Spiritual Ecofeminism, we dive into connecting to plant allies, working with ritual and discovering the foods that are medicine for your body. This cohort combines nutrition education for personalised hormone rebalancing and creative explorations to navigate mental and emotional shifts, while developing your intuitive skills through embodied ecosomatic practices. Together, we create the conditions for you to thrive through this threshold and claim your authentic expression as a Rooted Wise Woman.

• Format: Small group (8-12), bi-weekly learning and exchange circles, handouts, buddy support, creative rituals and recipes. 

  • The Ritual Kit: You will receive a physical welcome parcel containing the organic herbs for our journey and a ritual mist to anchor your creative and somatic practices.

Guided by a spiritual ecofeminist philosophy, I help farms and regenerative organisations move beyond "sustainability" into deep, reciprocal partnership with their ecosystems.
