Rooting for Earth provides coaching sessions, consultations, workshops. All services are provided in accordance with these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Booking and Payment

- Booking: To book a session or service, you must complete the booking process through our website or via direct communication with us.
- Payment: Payment is required within 7-days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cancellations: Cancellations of coaching sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee of 25€.

5. Refunds

- Single Sessions: Refunds for single sessions are available if cancellation is made within the specified time frame.
- Packages: Refunds for multi-session packages are available only if the package is canceled before the first session. Once the first session is completed, only unused sessions can be refunded.
- No Show: No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations.

6. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Client Responsibilities

- Participation: You agree to actively participate in the Services, including completing any assigned tasks or activities.
- Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any shared information, especially in group sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of Rooting for Earth or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

- No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality Services, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success depends on various factors, including your commitment and effort.
- Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooting for Earth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
