Meet Nathalie - Founder of Rooting for Earth

Nathalie Sophie Markiefka, MSc in Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food, and Bachelor of Business Economics, is a sustainable food educator, transformational coach, artist, and embodied herbalism practitioner. Over the past decade, she has developed and practised nature- and art-based methods to enhance self-awareness and self-actualization. Throughout her journey of healing from burnout and trauma, Nathalie has also explored ways to promote physical well-being through nutrition and movement.

 

Nathalie blends Food Science, Psychology, intuitive Art-making, Eco-philosophy, embodied herbalism and Qi Gong in her offerings to help women to connect with nature, achieve holistic well-being in body, mind, and spirit and develop their creative potential in service of Mother Earth. Her unique approach fosters harmony with the natural world, guiding individuals towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

 

Her vision is for each woman to experience well-being and to uncover their full potential, enabling them to live a truly authentic life in co-creation with nature, leading to an eco-centric society where humans co-create with nature and live in harmony with all beings.
