My passion is to explore how as humans we can work in symbiosis with nature and develop resilience rooted in a creative and joyful approach to life, work and education.
My Journey
After over a decade as a leader and project manager in sustainability, an activist, and a woman yearning to reconnect with the spirit of the Earth, I began my path with a fierce commitment to creating change. But along the way, I found myself sacrificing my well-being, silencing my inner voice, and compromising my needs at work and in my personal life. I was pouring everything outward and leaving myself empty.
Eventually, these choices took a toll. I found myself burned out, disillusioned, and disconnected from the very purpose that once fueled me. My path to healing wasn’t quick or easy—it required the courage to confront my limiting beliefs, honour the deeper wisdom within, and reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth in a way I hadn’t before.
What I discovered was more profound than I could have imagined: an intuitive, nature-guided approach to resilience, purpose, and joy, which I call Creative Resilience. Through deep communion with nature, I learned that true resilience and creativity come from being rooted—rooted in self-awareness, rooted in authentic relationships, and rooted in co-creative partnership with the Earth.
Now, I’m here to share the wisdom, practices, and worldview that helped me transform my life from the inside out.
