Drawing from my background in Regenerative Agriculture, Integrative Nutrition, Intentional Creativity, and Spiritual Ecology, I guide others to shift from seeing Nature as a resource to experiencing it as a co-creation partner.

Working primarily through the lens of food and farming, I hold space for the awakening of regenerative forms of leadership, authentic creative expression, and embodied wisdom in co-creation with nature.

Through eco-somatic practices that attune us to the rhythms and cycles of Earth and to the subtle communications of plants and land, we learn to listen to nature's intelligence, honour its agency, and enter into reciprocal relationship - all rooted in embodied belonging as relatives in Earth's living family.
