Hi, I'm Nathalie,

Guided by a spiritual ecofeminist philosophy, I draw from my background in Regenerative Agriculture, Integrative Nutrition, Sacred Plant Medicine, Intentional Creativity, and Transpersonal Coaching.

I guide women through menopause as a sacred initiation into co-creating regenerative wellbeing with the living Earth, blending spiritual wisdom with science to help them embody their role as holders of sacred feminine knowledge. I support women in transforming their relationship with their bodies and Earth into a living, reciprocal connection that heals both themselves and the planet.

I also collaborate with female-led communities, farms, and projects on broader nature co-creation work. Supporting women in following their passion to serve Mother Earth.

Menopause calls us into sacred initiation: a descent into the body, a rooting into the Sacred Feminine, and a remembering of Earth as the source of our deepest wisdom and healing.

My commitments

As a practitioner of Regenerative Wellbeing, I am committed to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in service to those I work with, the Earth, and the more-than-human world.

My Scope of Practice

I am a Regenerative Wellbeing Mentor. I support nutritional and lifestyle changes rooted in myco-botanical medicine, regenerative nutrition, and spiritual ecofeminist principles. I offer coaching for inner work, including nervous system support, emotional processing, and embodiment practices.

I am not a medical doctor, mental health professional, or licensed therapist. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. I do not make medical claims or prescriptions.

I work in partnership with my clients, honouring their free will, consent, and body sovereignty. All recommendations are educational in nature and support self-directed healing journeys.

Inclusivity & Accessibility

I welcome women of all races, ethnicities, ages, body sizes, sexual orientations, gender identities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and physical abilities into my practice. I am committed to creating a space where diversity is honoured, and all women feel seen, respected, and supported.

At this time, I offer my services in English only and am unable to provide interpretation or translation services. I recognise this is a limitation and hope to expand language accessibility in the future.

I recognise that my training and scope of practice have limitations. I am not equipped to work with clients who have severe mental health conditions, cognitive disabilities, or intellectual disabilities that would require specialised therapeutic training I do not possess. In such cases, I will compassionately refer to appropriate professionals who can provide the level of care needed.

I am committed to continually examining my own biases, expanding my cultural competency, and adapting my practice to be as accessible and inclusive as possible within the boundaries of responsible care.

Legal Disclaimer

The information and support I provide are for educational purposes only and are not intended to replace the advice of a medical professional, diagnosis, or treatment. By working with me, clients acknowledge they are responsible for their own health decisions and outcomes. I cannot be held liable for results, as healing is multifactorial and individual.

No Guarantees

I do not promise or guarantee specific outcomes. Healing is non-linear, deeply personal, and influenced by many factors beyond our work together. I commit to showing up with my full presence, knowledge, and care—while recognising that results vary and cannot be predicted or assured.

Truthfulness & Transparency

I communicate honestly about my training, experience, and the limits of my knowledge. I share what I know and acknowledge the edges of my expertise. I do not make false claims about credentials, outcomes, or the efficacy of practices.

Accountability

I welcome feedback and take responsibility when I cause harm or make mistakes. I commit to repair and learning, not defensiveness. If a client feels our work is not serving them, I support them in finding alternative support.

Cultural Humility

I acknowledge the ancestral and Indigenous roots of plant and mushroom medicine. I practice with respect for these lineages while recognising my own cultural location, privileges, and limitations. I do not appropriate or claim ownership of traditional knowledge.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers

I encourage clients to work collaboratively with their medical team. I do not advise clients to discontinue medications or medical treatments. When appropriate, I will refer clients to licensed medical or mental health professionals.

Lifelong Learning

I honour the evolving nature of healing wisdom. I commit to continuous study in myco-botanical medicine, women's health, regenerative practices, and coaching methodologies, while remaining humble about what I do not yet know.

Body Sovereignty

I honour each person's inherent right to make decisions about their own body and healing journey. I offer guidance and education, not prescription or coercion. I support agency and empowerment, not dependence.

Earth-Aligned Practice

My work serves both individual and planetary healing. I source materials ethically, minimise environmental harm, and integrate regenerative principles into all aspects of my practice. I recognise humans as part of, not separate from, the natural world.

Confidentiality

I hold all client information in sacred trust. What is shared in our work together remains private, creating a safe container for vulnerability and transformation.

Exceptions: I am required to break confidentiality if there is imminent risk of harm to self or others, or if legally mandated (such as cases involving abuse of minors).

Professional Boundaries

I maintain clear relational boundaries that serve the integrity of our work together. I do not engage in dual relationships that could compromise the therapeutic container or exploit the trust placed in me.

Reciprocity & Non-Exploitation

I price my services fairly, honouring both the value of my work and the economic realities of those I serve. I do not extract from my clients, their communities, or the Earth. I practice reciprocity—giving back as I receive.

Consent & Autonomy

All participation in my programs is voluntary. Clients may withdraw at any time. I respect each person's pace, boundaries, and choices throughout our work together.
